                Most people in third world countries have a very poor feeding habit or pattern. Some people have access to god and balanced diets but they don’t take note of their feeding pattern while some just can’t afford to have balanced diets. When an individual does not Feed well there is certainly no way he /she can live a healthy life. Some people’s feeding habit is just too poor that it makes them very vulnerable to illness. GNLD has come up with over 20 food supplements that almost everybody would need to have a healthy lifestyle. Most under developed country’s citizens feed less on whole-wheat. Whole-wheat are responsible for the lubricating of our cell walls. In a situation where our cell walls are not properly lubricated, we tend to have cells with hard cell walls. This makes it difficult for nutrients to enter and for waste to exit the cells.               How a health feeding pattern should be like:

                    WHOLE GRAINS

                        PROTEIN 


                FRUITS & VEGETABLE     

                       FATS & SUGAR

             where whole grains should be the most consumed and fats & sugar the least consumed.
