Before normalization your weight you must to check a role which a place food in own life is define and long analysis your behavior.
I talked about,like i n breach that a food can to play a role universal filling or sedative ,like breaching in that structure food use and her rising to fat forming food .
In that test analyze a own nourishment behavior.
1.Are you eat in a fast temp?
2.eating 3-4 times/day.
3.often eating than a 4 times/day.
4.eating in 1 place in 1 time.
5.are you eating in any time in any where.
6.eating a taste in watching tv or reading book.
7.are you remember what you are eaten in that day.
If you are yes answer on a 1 st.question ,you must a seriously to a nourishment structure,for a right control,like eating in a same time,in a same place.
Thus if you answered yes on a questions 2 and 4  you having a right structure nourishment,you having a right times eating,like breakfast,lunch,afternoon,snack in a right time and a place at home ,work in coffee ,and avoid a case not planing food aging,assisting a control own nourishment.
Yes for 5,6,7 questions  you have a foul absence control,when you are eaten or what asking  i think you can not a right answer on a question.

yes on a questions 8,9,10,11,13,14 is means you can not organize work or hobby,suffering from a soul empty,boring,sunday depression and that vacuum filling a food ,you must to do more active mode of life.

yes on a 17,18,22 thus habits a eating stress and bad mood having,yes on a 19,20 and no on a 21 you must fight with conflicts and need in psychologists advices.
