you should do something in order
that what you have eaten will not become fat and increase your weight or make your belly bigger. When
you are treated special lunch at the best restaurant, for instance, you are
tempted to eat more, especially when it is time for you to eat and you are already
starving. Most people in this situation forget the danger of eating too much.
Or they may remember it but say to themselves, “For this time only, its okay,
no problem,”
If you really cannot avoid eating much, there are things you should do after
a big meal. Make sure you rest
after a big meal to enable
your digestion works better. Do not attempt to work involving heavy physical
activities. At least allow one hour after eating.
Do you realize that after eating you normally feel tired? This is simply because
when you eat, your brain directs its energy to the digestion system; red blood
cell is shunted from the brain to help digest the foods and absorbs the food nutrition. For this reason you
are suggested to rest for 15 to 2o minutes.
Just sit down but try not to doze. This is good to avoid fat from accumulating.
After eating such a big meal, you are usually lazy to stand up from your
sitting position. Force yourself to stand up and take a few minute walk. Keep
in mind that you must not walk too hard, as your digestion is still working.
Light walking is better as it can improve your digestion system.
Drinking green tea also helps digestion system work well. The tea will get rid
of uncomfortable feeling in your stomach because of eating too much

Last but not least, drink warm water right after eating. Warm water helps
reduce your weight. Then allow 30 minutes to rest before you drink again. You
can also add lemon mixed in your drink as it will help improve digestion
system. The lemon acidity will burn fat and prevent stomach problem. Lemon is also known to accelerate
your digestion.
