If you want to have a good shape for your body you need to know the things that you need to avoid eating.
Underweight is not good too, so you need to know your food to be on average.

There is no specefic weight for a specific age, there is range so you need to be in that range to be healthy and have the pretty body shape. In this article I will mention the names of foods that can give you a lot of energy and of course you need to reduce how much you eat from them or cut it if you can and if you are really so obeze. as the obesity is risky to your health and your social life.

If you want the thin body shape this lists will help you

Vegetable oil: some of the oils in the market are from veg or veg seeds so that has a lot of calories such as peanut butter it contains about 1570 in a cup.
Imagine how much do you use this butter on a daily.

Chocolate:
We all know that chocolate is high in fats, imagin that 100 gm contains 500 calories

Diary products: This other product that has lots of calories though has a lot of vitmens and calories but still you need to reduce your intake from this group as one hundred gm of milk has 400 calories.
