Everybody has experienced this! Working for hours in front of the computer. Watching Shahrukh Khan movies! Or playing those video games! You suddenly realise that your
vision is slowly becoming
worse and worse. And then your doctor says, "you need glasses." Well, how about preventing your vision with the help of some good exercies!! So here are some of them:
1. Keep your head
steady and look up and down or try looking at the centre of your eyebrows and then towards the tip of your nose. Do this 6 to 7 times. 6 times up and 6 times down.
2. Again keeping your head steady look at the left and then look at the right. Do this 6 to 7 times.
3. Rotate your
eyes first
clockwise and then counterclockwise. Do this 6 time clockwise and 6 times counter clockwise.
The movement of your eyes during these
exercises should be very slow and your head needs to be steady. Only your eyes should be moving without putting any undue strain on them.
4. After you have done this, rub your palms together and place them on your eyes for about 30 seconds. But no pressure! Your
hands should be touching your eyes ever so lightly! Feel the warmth of your hands relaxing your eye muscles. And then you are done.
Five minutes of this done three times a day. And you have done some good things for your vision.
