Initial position,like a last chech part 1,bend right leg and rise s;ightly her a lower level a hip,turn foot to a left knee,do
moves right leg in front,return leg to left knee,stay 2 min,again move,after 8 moves change leg.
Doing such exercise a knee for suporting leg will be soft and not strain,for a strenthening muscles buttocks,and muscles internal and extrnal surface hip.

do move in side,toe stretcg out,delay in that position 2 sec,.
low leg and sit.
delay in that position for 2 sec.return in initial position.
change leg and do one more time.
buttocks in siting is strain,for strenthens muscles buttocks and leg muscles.
A same position,like in exercice 2 part 1,leave leg back,right rise before itself.
move back right leg,not bending in waist and not changing hands positions,slowly low leg,change leg and do again,moves iswave,soft,a same sternthens.
