Keith Floyd has died of a heart
attack at the age of 65 .. he was a celebrity chef and had a worldwide following ... his
work crossed 44 countries and his books were never out of the best
selling lists. Keith Floyd had battled with cancer and he had a symbolic iconic image of a glass of wine and a bow tie which was his "motto" on the screen. He had made a lot of very successful programmes on TV and he was very famous probably in the 1980s when his career as a Chef peaked!
I shall remember the fish apparently that Keith Floyd was famous for cooking and selling to the housewife writer . known as Floyd on Fish ... I enjoy some fish every now and then and yesterday I dropped into Wetherspoons Bar and had a baked potato stuffed with tuna fish, salad and a double cappacino coffee ....the last time I had that sort of pub grub was in London at Easter and about the same time another celebrity chef died ... Clement Freud .......... Sad news on the death of Keith Floyd ... his work was a joy during my work career .... thanks BBC for newscast!
