if you want ot remain young for longer time then try these easy tips--

1) keep your mind relaxed, try to remain in smiling mood most of the time..life is short, live it meaningfully, forget past and work hard for better future..
2)get in bed early and rise early too, take sound sleep which restores your energy..
3) must have hobbies..any good hobby which provides you relaxation..
4) for married woman she must take active part in sex with her husband..should not discourage husband by always saying no to sex..
sex has many good advantages..
a) regular sex increases the level of female harmones which reduce the risk of heart disease and softens vaginal tract..
b) intimacy between life partners is essential to gain benefits of sex..
c) active sex decreases ageing process..
d) married woman who is satisfied with sex carries good glow on her face..
5) keep your weight under control..
6) keep your brain active..sitting idle will devlop negative thoughts..
7) do good work/charity to others which releases tension..
8) take decisions of life by yourself..
9) do regular exercise, avoid eating too much fats, eat fruits..
10) make habit of eating poly meal..don''t stick to one type of diet..
