Well SUperb Performance from everyone in
the movie.
Story Plot is Baldev(Dharmji) was a silver medalist in boxing & he gets fake doping charges so he is not allowed to boxfight after that .He wants to make an Indain a world oxing champ.He wants his son Angad(Sunny) to be champ.Angad becomes national champion but quits boxing for earning money for his family.so Baldev is not happy with him
Karan(bobby) is a rockstar and his left hand doesn’t work properly due to some accident.Baldev coaches another boy arjun who leaves the coaching in between and goes to an australian coach.Circumstrances are such Baldev is feeling low and by chance Karan’s hand starts working.He starts boxing for his father’s dream and becomes a champion.In his last fight with another world champ he losses due to opponent cheating and gets severe injuries in his chest and lever.
Angad fights and wins over that opponent and fullfills his fathers dream at last.
A good
emotional drama well directed a little inspired from Rocky.
Music is ok only 1-2 soundtracks like Apne is good.
Acting and
direction is good .Story is not new as it looks inspired from old movies.
During boxing Sunny doesn’t look like a boxer he looks like a Punjabi Jat who will start boxing even without start of match.
Very emotional movie no sex/ double meaning dialouges.A good family drama
As I have been asked to add some more about direction.Some additions are here:
1.Very good emotional drama direction is such which doesn’t bore you.As story moves with good pace.
2.Some dialouges as "mere Liver ka Tukda lelo" is a bit difficult to digest.
3.Sunny practises in one month to fight with World Champ is again difficult to digest.
4.The acting,emotions and some Indian Movie masla puts a cover on all these bad points
5.Boxing seens are handled perfactly also movie doesn’t bore you with all boxing.
