After all the hype before this movie came out I was prepared to either be blown away or totally disappointed. I must say
that I was delightfully surprised to see that it met every expectation I had that it would be a great movie. Christian Bale is a great choice for this role. Heath Ledger gives an amazing performance as The Joker. The rest of the cast just adds to the
greatness of this film. The underlying drama that is going on with the main characters gives depth to this movie. Morgan
Freeman and Michael Caine give adept performances that contribute to the overall storyline.
You will not be sorry if you choose to go see this movie at the theater. I have purchased it already and plan to keep following the series.
