Prom Night 2: Hello Mary Lou

Movie Review by: selphiealmasy8

Possibly one of the worst films I have ever had the misfortune to see, Prom Night 2: Hello Mary Lou has nothing to do with
the previous Prom Night, a fact I am very grateful for.
Prom Night, while being in the dubious genre of splatter flicks, was a well made Canadian film with a truly sad ending. It was well acted, well scripted and featured a song during the ending credits that was suited for the killer. It was an unexpected favorite horror film of mine and I looked forward to seeing the sequel. I'd seen it a lot in movie stores and had heard some ok reviews of it.
When it was on I coulding wait for it to be over. It was not only offensive, but not very funny and sickening. I can't remember any of the actors except for Micheal Ironside and to this day I wonder what on Earth he was doing in this film. Some of the scenes were so terrible that I wanted to stop watching.
I should have done just that but like an optimist I kept it on. I'm warning you know, please, don't make the same mistake.the previous Prom Night, a fact I am very grateful for.
