Flowers and Thorns. Interesting title. It’s almost like a metaphor for life. As also for this film. Y’know there is something
about the debut film, of most top stars. Either they inspire a certain amount of awe in you. Or they simply make you laugh. I guess, this film comes in the latter category. And I wish we could discuss this later! I mean, Ajay Devgun even with the tuft of hair on his forehead, is tolerable, yet it’s his dare devilery that irritates.
And I’m referring to the perpetual frown on his face. Just how does any actor or public figure for that matter, even dare to look so angry and intimidating at all times, and still
expect people to like them?!!
Strange really! Madhu, the niece of Hema Malini, also chose this film as her launch pad, though just where her career went after this, is a question that needs some thought. Watch this film only if you are utterly bored. Otherwise just spare yourself some trauma. We have enough terror attacks happening!
