After saving the world (or a bus, at least) on Speed, Annie (Bullock) returns with another
dangerous adventure – this time, on a cruise ship. Annie and her policeman boyfriend (Patric) find themselves on a cruise to the Caribbean on a cutting-edge ship where many
dangerous events take place. A mad computer genius, upset with his employers, takes over all of the ship''s navigation computers for a personal vendetta, but his
chances of succeeding are slim when the Speed team is on board.
