“Heroes” is an American science fiction series which is popular all over the world. The plot tells stories about people with
some superpowers but this serial is definitely different than other s-f series and films about it.
In “Heroes” a person who discovers an unusual ability doesn’t go to the nearest shop to buy a new costume with a lovely cloak. Heroes usually hide their powers and sometimes use them for themselves. Of course in “Heroes” like in other productions there should be a bad character. What for? To make everything more
interesting. His name is Sylar and he has an ability to understand how something works. He can repair some electronic devices but he can also take another heroe’s power. To do that he needs to kill his victim.
One of the characters is an Indian geneticist. His father had been close to find some answers about abilities but he had been killed by Sylar.
Mohinder Suresh decided to continue father’s work. It’s another serial’s advantage – it’s hapenning not only in the USA but in another countries too.
This awesome serial received a number of awards and nominations. On the official Heroes website you can find lots of interesting things like graphic novels and some extra films, which make you more curious about what’s going to happen in the next episodes.
