Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a 2009 followup to the international box office smash of 2008. The film examines how
that thousands of years before Optimus Prime (the main transformer in the last film), there were ancient transformers that went around the world looking for Energon sources. These transformers used weapons called the Sun Harverster to drain stars of their energy in order to be able to gain power so that they could survive. The film examines the battle between humans and this ancient transformers that have once again arisen to gain energy, all while distroying the world and universe in the process.
