Final Destination (FD) 4 or The Final Destination was about a car race. Nick was there on the onlooker’s seat, and he
had a premonition. The cars would crushed to each other, fire was all over the place where the viewers saw the race and it killed all his
friends. As FD I, II, III, in this movie there was an unswered question : Can You Cheat The Death? One by one they died by The Death designed for the postponed death for them. These are the pith of previous FDs:
- FD I. This is the master of the successful FD after this. Alex found himself had been consumed by the fire from the plane engine. The plane had a damage and it was too severe, couldn’t be fixed. Briefly, he saw all the passengers died in the terrible way in the plane he was just got in. So he pushed his friends to get out of the plane before the plane was taken off. After for some time was hanging on the air like nothing happened, there was a blast and the plane was exploded.
A guy just won a lottery, received many friends congratulated him via phone message machine. While he heard the voices from his friends, his hand was clenched in the sink hole. He was tried to reach something worth it in. The fire lighted up from the gas stove as he couldn’t turn it off, so he died on the TV news.
Alex said, he knew the pattern of who would die first. He was studied it all night long. When would be the best time to hang someone with Hades’s sickle near one’s throat was ready to swing? “Just take a look around you for the sign,” Alex said.
The horror scene came surprisingly like when a girl had been hit by a hurtled bus. And on that time there was no sign, unlike Alex’s words.
Alex was still alive, longer than his friends, with ‘Ali Larter.’ He died last. ‘Ali was the only living person, not for long, at the second sequel she died too.
-FD II. Kimberly and her friends were going on a trip. She rode a car. And in her muse she saw an omen, she seen it very clear like it just happened. The car hurtled on the highway then she tuned the radio, found a song lyric ‘Highway To Hell.’ Also saw many people in their own transports. Then an accident happened, burnt a flammable oil spilled along the road. She and all her friends were died.
Then she was awake from her muse and found herself was still alive. Then the omens begins... The radio started in to broadcast Highway To Hell and she saw all people in her muse was still alive. So she tried to warn them.
Ali Larter played twice, in the FD I and FD II. She was Alex’s bestfriend in FD I. Then she was a loony girl in FD II, who placed herself in the asylum to save her own life from the Death.
A boy went to the dentist. In the practice room, we thought he would die since the teeth drill. The drill’s sound filled the air, it was earsplitting and added the tensity. But didn't die in there. He died in the middle of the doves who was fed by the people, right outside the building.
A businesswoman died by the car air bag. She was survived from the car accident which we thought ‘this is it, the way she die!’ But was not. Looked safe, after the cops came to the scene. But then the air bag opened.
The boy’s mom died with her head had been pinched at the elevator door. The elevator moved up for somebody was calling at the upper story.
A morgue attendant had sixth sense. He gave Kimberly a clue,” It can only be ended by a new life.’ Thinking about ‘new life’ absolutely there is a marriage which start a new life, or a newborn baby which will bring her mother a new life. But ‘new life’ here it wasn’t that. Kimberly’s car sunk in the water,she got coma, but stayed alive. The meaning of ‘new life’ here is ‘a life you had almost lost it, but you’ve got it back.’
- FD III. A tragic accident was in the roller coaster. Wendy dragged her friends to get out from their roller coaster’s seats, before that thing was running. Next, you know what happens.. ..
