Unrest stars hottie Corri English as a medical student who is tasked with working with a team to dissect a cadaver. She,
unfortunately, gets stuck with a self-torturing suicide victim who even after death likes to taunt and kill people.
English is okay in the lead. At the very least, she looks good, almost like Britney Spears... only with hair. Surrounded by a bunch of good-looking men, the movie has enough eye candy for everyone to enjoy. There''s even some nudity, though it doesn''t come in the form of English (but she does strip down to her undies to go diving in a formaldehyde bath with a bunch of cadavers) - they show the boobs of a dead woman. Yes, exciting, isn''t it?
Unrest is a moderately good film, though ultimately is a rather forgettable horror flick, if it can even be considered that. The movie has some deaths, a couple minor scares, and a whole lot of mumbo jumbo about an atheist who sleeps with a Christian dude and then starts wondering about spirituality after she begins to sense that the spirit of her cadaver is hovering around. I can''t say I was overly thrilled with the character development - not that there isn''t any, but the direction the characters go ends up getting cheesier and cheesier.
