Rani: I have a very special relationship with Adi
The news of Bollywood actors are always selling hot
in India and in the case of Rani Mukherjee it is no different. She might not be a figure like Madhuri and Hema of the past – Kareena and Tabu of the present, yet she has made a special position in the recognized list of lead actors in the Hindi film industry.
The rumor that is in the air for quite sometime linking
Aditya Chopra with her seems to be a fact than rumor with this current news item.
She did not declare their relationship as romantic in personal life, but her statement of having a special relationship with him is a definite indication towards love.
Reasons are strong for Rani to have extra respect and faith on Adi as he was instrumental in making her the star in the Bollywood. Adi recommended her to Karan Johar for the film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Although skeptical about Adi’s recommendation, Karan finally agreed as Shah Rukh too joined Adi to support for her in leading role in KKHH.
Giving an account of her recent films, she agreed that most of those were of the same banner i.e. Yash Raj, and she coined it as a coincidence rather than choice. Had the offers were from other quarters, she would have accepted as she accepted already? Male lead actors too had associated with a known banner for many films, but they were not criticized for that, she complained. She even named Shah Rukh, Hrithik, and Akshay on this factor. However, she is not bothered about the criticism from people on this factor, she stressed.
On asking about marriage, she made it clear that she would not hide facts about marriage from anyone, and would disclose it at an appropriate time, when it is ready to be told.
