WE REALLY SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!
I fell that the world is coming to an end and quick because we are not
allowing people to help us and inform us on what is going on in the world. Former president Al Gore spent decades trying to get the world to listen that global warming is an very essential crisis that we really need to get updated on and we as the people are avoiding the act of listening to the
government and what they honestly have to say. News paper articles state that when he tried to explain this issue political opponents and even the press and citizens referred him to being a "kook" from la-la-land and gore did not betray his thesis either at all.
Gore felt a triumph over the political and
scientific critics who belittled or ignored his message. I really felt that the world is in lack of communication with the government not cause its there fault but because we disknowledge what they try to tell us (and I hate to say this) but we actually don’t care. He stated that the ice caps are drastically decreasing and in 23 years could possibly be gone without dramatic action. After that speech "The alarm in the scientific community goes off." Now everybody wants to take part when the problem gets worse.
To basically sum this abstract up from a news article” Gores Award Puts Focus on Global Warming, we as the people should really sit down open are ears and hear and take in what the Government (especially) has to tell us.
