We all have said or overheard at least once in our life,that life is full of miseries,multiplying endlessly till our last rites are performed.Buddha too,who gave birth to buddhism around 6th cent amidst religious upheavel,wandered leaving behind a son Rahul and wife Yashodha,in search of a method that can put to an end to all human sufferings in his lifetime

And he provided us with the method of what we call Vipasana,it helps in calming one's mind,nerves and thereby removing stress.We all in our day to day life forget so conveniently to sit back and think about what all we have done to realise our ultimate goal in our respective lives to be in peace with ourselves and within ourselves.Vipasana is a technique through which one can realise that feeling of eternal bliss..This can even help one fight against all kinds of insecurities,fear.The mind becomes dissipated,filled with anger,passion,guilt.It makes one feal truly blessed.A calm and quiet mind only can experience the gift of the nature provided by the god almighty.A man holding a fortune 500 company,will be considered by anyone on this planet as successful,but what if he says that inspite of that fortune he is unable to grab one hour of peacefull sleep

So instead of being part of the rat race to create a picture perfect life of all materialistic comfort and luxuries,we should try to realise our actual aim of existence in this world,and only a tranquilla mind ,free from anger,hatred,remorse can do so
