FIND WORK IN HARMONY WITH OURSELVES
We try to find a job for earning our livelihood, and to accept that one, which comes first in our way. An article in Business World magazine of Apr 14, 08 discusses about finding a job suitable for us. Experience shows that some persons join some jobs but feel uncomfortable in the same, face good and bad points, dishonesty and corruption etc. When a young management trainee enters an organization, he observes and records in his mind, various points of the organization. He seeks that which is in harmony with him, but he needs direction. As an effective leader we should have a vision for everybody in the organization, and we should inspire other persons, by taking real interest in them. This will help the people to work to their potential, in work life and personal life. It helps if there is sense of belonging, kindness, tolerance, integrity and support of each other in the organization. The organization can be built by building the people therein. Things should happen regularly and automatically. We all must treat each other respectfully, i.e. the colleagues and the clients. People follow the top, and things flow from there. It should be noted that ultimately truth prevails. There should be opportunities for creativity and growth of the persons. One has to choose his own path. We should identify and try to get that work, which we like, we take pleasure in, and we are in harmony with our inner selves. For this there may be problems, trial and error, mistakes but certainly, we can find such a job or career for adopting in our life.
