I found the story interesting as several years ago I too wanted to rent a modest flat in Austria in Vienna near family but the deal fell through and I was recently surprised then to see why .. I guess Austria has other plans and want me to move next door to Innsbruck near the Crazy Millionaire and rent a modest flat next to him rather than family .. why not! Its a great fairytale ending to an ernest family saga .. nice work!
