aw, Justice and Parliamentary Minister Barrister Shafique Ahmed
yesterday said that the BNP leader and former
law minister Barrister
Moudud Ahmed was a beneficiary of assassination of
Bangabandhu Sheikh
Mujibur Rahman.
Addressing at a press conference at the conference
room of the law ministry he alleged that Moudud was among those who
came to power through the killing of Bangabandhu.
The minister also
said that Moudud was trying to obstruct the government's move for the
trial of Bangabandhu murder case by making misleading remarks.

complete the Bangabandhu killing case as early as possible."

start very soon after the chief justice forms a bench in the Appellate
Division, he added.
