There are a few actual stars who were chosen to represent Bulgaria in the Olympics. However, the only real star who showed
that not only by self-evaluation but with kind behaviour was Maria Grozdeva. She was a part of a very small Bulgarian group who stood there during the whole event. The Bulgarian group on the opening of the games on Friday was more than pathetic. The choise who to bring he Bulgarian flag was not a matter of honor, as usual. In fact, that responsibility was taken by Petar Stoychev. Compared to Switzerland where the flag was carried by Federrer, the Bulgarian group seemed to be one without sport spirit. There was a statement from the Bulgarian Olympic Committee that attending the event was a matter of personal choice. I am asking - since when it's not an honor to carry the flag or attend the Olympics? And why are these people there? I guess it's all about the money...
