I would just like to
say about this olympic games, the 2010 Vancouver its all a crock of sh**. All it is, is a big money making scheme for the rich. I don't see any of the poor, the middle classor the People on the
streets getting involved, the government would rather have the world come here and see the homeless and how bad it is to live here other than put money into finding solutions to help these people
living in the country already. It is shocking and I don't believe that the government is capable of doing anything right. We are the ones that actually vote them in so don't you think we should have a say on whether or not we want the
games here. I think so, it is not fair. The only people that are
going to beable togo to the games are those people in West Vancouver or Shaungnessy no one is going to be able to afford it. The next thing I would like to bring to everyones attention is after the games have been and gone and they are all over. People are having a hard time living as it is, trying to make ends meat, so after the olympics there is going to be the biggest recession you have ever seen, it is just going to be like the
expo 85, they pump all the money into bring the world to see Vancouver and then when it was all over the people who lived and remained here are going to suffer. There will behigher taxes because they couldn't afford to pay off the infrastructure costs, there will bemore homeless on the streets etc. There wasn't hardly any one living on the streets back in 1985 it wasn't until this expo that it started to occur, now the same thing is going to happen with the olympics. I have spoken with some people who were here for expo and they said to me they wouldn't go through another recession like that one and the majority say they plan on leaving very soon before it all begins. But this is just one person view and I myself can't change what has already been done, I just know I won't be here for the 2010 olympic games and I hope those who believe in what I am saying are going boycott it as well. Any way take care and happy Valantines day.
