Mercuries Corporation to tap Chunxi
potential As the city is showing a boom in retail industry, the Mercuries Corporation,
a Taiwan-based leader in retailing, insurance, computer and merchandise, announced Thursday that its subsidiary Yaxin Life Plaza would settle in Chunxi business district. The company is confident of the
potential of the Chunxi area and aims to nurture its reputation and brand name in three years. A large
shopping center will be constructed with an investment of about RMB20 million. Targeting at customers of young people, children and the senior citizens, Mercuries Corporation expects the shopping center to be competitive among other shopping places in the Chunxi region.
