The European commission wants better
information in the
solar protectores. They say that the
labels of the solar
protectores must be improved, so the consumers be able to get information about the
protection level. The current “factor of indicated protection” in the packings is mentioned only to the protection against UVB rays, responsible for the solar burnings, but not against the GRAPE, that also contribute for skin cancer. They also defend that the protection against GRAPE must be enclosed in the labels in a clear and explicit form.
