world due to the decades-long tradeembargo of the US,Cuba maintainsgood relations with many Asian and African countries.Presidents Hugo Chavez of Venezuelaand Evo Morales of Bolivia involved Cubain signing an important trade agreement with Braziland Argentina. Beinga small country resisting the greatest power in the world, Cubawould, one would guess, live with its own sources. It wouldnever seek the help of the US,which is actually trying its best to add it to its list of colonies.
