Churches are now hiring their own members to fit into their church staff without considering their Theologial abilities.
This hired men are sometimes newly converted christians. They have the skill in their professions, but not Theologically. Most of this men hired to work for their own
churches do not see the need to have a full Theological background. At the end of it all, they weaken the Theological strength of the church. Another to this is that the Elders of the Church are not given right over the
treasury of the Church. It the hired staff of the Church that are responsible over the treasury of the church. Where the elders of the church are to be the right people to direct the good use of the means that come into the treasury, the staff are placed in charge of the treasury and this leads the Theologically unskilled staff using the treasury wrongly. Many Theologians who have become popular are misleading the christian masses. Because they are regarded as men of God, when they say something, the congretions fail to go back to the scriptures to find out if what they are saying is true. Expercially when people read this popular men's books and articles in the internet or the new papers. The megachurches are becoming Theological centres for themselves leaving the Theological schools for the small churches to attend. This is leaving the Theological schools empty and increasing ignorance in the Churches. The Local churches are Theologically sound when taken in Biblical basis. The churches have to revise their actions and measure whatever they do with the standard of the New Testament Churches in the Bible. Great ignorance of the study of the Bible in krepting into the Churches. Every body who holds and office in the Church must have a Theological knowledge of that office. It may also be wrong for one Church attempt doing what other churches do and work for them. The church must sense the direction of the Spirit of God to make a move.
