Instant lapping up of language courses offered by the Central Institute of English and
Foreign Languages,CIEF, Alliance Francaise and Goethe-Zentrum within hours of their opening enrollment is an indicator of the changing trend-
learning foreign languages previously was just a hobby among teenagers.But today it is a potential career option.
Though French, German and Spanish are popular, South Asian languages like Chinese and Japanese are quickly catching up.
