Who is Ishmeet Singh Before some time an 18 year boy of Ludhiyana was standing in a queue for his term to
give audition for “Voice of India”, a singing competition. Where this boy was very confident about his success, his mother was very worried because she has seen her husband, brother-in-law and other relatives failing in
music and did not want it to be repeated again. However after the audition, the name of this boy was also there among the 39 contestants and after almost six moths a day came, when he became “Voice of India”. He won a Chevrolet Aveo car and a two year contract with Big Music. The name of this boy was “Ishmeet Singh”. While talking to a media person, he told that he likes watching movies and the model and actress Deepika Padukone sets his pulses racing. He would see Om Shanti Om again and again for her. About his childhood, Ishmeet says that they were days, when he was carefree and had lots of fun. He also tells about his first crush in class XI, with a girl who was very beautiful and two years junior than him. Ishmeet says that
winning Voice of India competition was a great experience. He admits that it is the best phase of his life Though singing is his first love, he feels that academics is also important. He is studying be a charted accountant. He believes in Guru Nanak Devji and do not believe in people who says that god does not exist. However, after winning the crown of Voice of India, the door of film industry has opened for him. Uttam Singh (the music director of Dil to Pagal Hai, Gadar etc.) has signed him for his upcoming film and many other music contracts are waiting. We wish him grand success in futute.
