In yet another concern for India,
Yuvraj Singh finds himself in the list injured now. The flamboyant left-hander has hurt
his right hand. The ever-enthusiastic Yuvraj in his enthusiasm could not help but injure himself while a
fielding session was on the University Ground. This is a reason big enough to give the Indian think-tank some serious thinking.
All the international players are in awe of Yuvraj. When it's Yuvi's day there is no looking back for the demolishing machine and for Team India. This injury can cast a good-enough unwanted spell of worries for India who are already battling the injuries to their batsmen. Currently Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag are out of the team. And if it's Yuvraj this time, then they have to do a serious reconsideration of their batting line up.
Though they still have batting greats like Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid, and the young captain Dhoni himself, still it is a great kick in the teeth. Gambhir, Sehwag and Yuvraj have given India victories single handedly on many an occasion. He is one such player who can turn the game on its head within no time at all. Moreover his fielding abilities are an added advantage for the team. Off late he started spinning the opponents out with his crafty bowling too. So, it would be a very big setback if he does not recover in time.
India play their arch rivals Pakistan on Saturday the 26th of September. And any Indian fan would want to see Yuvraj slamming sixes in his favourite country. Let us keep our fingers crossed and see what happens.
