Amar Ujala – To immortalise the truth
Amar Ujala,
launched on the 18th of April 1948 from Agra , today is the

third largest Hindi daily of India & the second largest in
northern India. It today spans over the states of Jammu &
Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi ,
Uttranchal & Uttar Pradesh.Using the latest state of the
art technology & equipments, it is being published from
fifteen centers, 8 in UP, 2 in Uttranchal, 2 in Punjab &
one in Delhi, Jammu & Dharamshala.
Amar ujala is the
second largest Hindi News paper of Northern India. Over all
in India it stands at no. 4 position .
The news
paper has a total circulation of over 14 lakhs . Among the
states that it covers it is the largest selling newspaper
of Uttaranchal, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh , Western
UP & Allahabad. It stands as a strong no. 2 in Varanasi ,
Kanpur & Jhansi.
It is also the fastest going newspaper
of NCR.
The news paper is editorially very strong.
Through its 15 editions i.e. Agra, BAreilly, Meerut,
Moradabad, Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Jhansi, Dehradun,
Nainital, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jallandhar, Jammu &
Dharamshala it not only covers geographically but puts
forth the new of every local , regional, and national
importance regularly & emphatically.
