Mother's Day cards banned in a school. Surprising, isn't it? This is because the head teacher does not want to upset students without a mother. Who is to blame? Definitely not the children. It is we adults who have to accept responsibility. These days family life is in shambles. In the good old days single parent families were unheard of, unless either the father or Mother expired. The problem starts at high school and college levels. A boy not going steady with a girl is looked down upon by others. But are these teenagers mature enough at that young age to get into a relationship? Time flies and in no time they find themselves having kids, whether they are married or not. The sacred institution of marriage is secondary to them. Over a period of time they find that they cannot get along well and they seperate. Who are the sufferers? The innocent kids. What then is the difference between man and animals? It is a question worth pondering over. Finally, let us all married people go back to the basics and resolve that nothing but death will seperate us from our spouse.
