social disease
As human civilization is
making progress, it has also become bound by certain
social evils which are slowly digging the roots the ethics existing in the
society.Corruption is one of these evils that has adversly affected the ideal
and smooth functioning of the political system of many
countries in the international sphere.At the end of international imperialism after the

Corruption has spread like a contagious disease in many
countries of the world.
The basic cause responsible for the global rise of corruption is the economic
conciousness of the world citizens,though it is also beneficial to make a
common man ambitious and enterprising.In today's life style money has been
assigned the first and primary need of life on which rests the fulfilment
of other desires and needs of life,whether it is to live in a comfortable
five star rated house,moving in mercedes car,or going on a vacation at
the world's
best holiday resort.
Today each person is striving to his best to get the best facilities of life for himself and his family.Among these who believe in achieving great heights through
hard work and displaying ones ability have gained success by following the policy of sincerety,others who believe in attaining their personal and financial goals by hook or crook generally favour and resort to corruption by calling it as a modern
custom of making bargains.
According to the recent surveys made between the year 1997 and 2000 it has been concluded that in asia corruption is prevailing maxium in the islamic countries like
pakistan,afganistan and even in the united arab emirates.In eastern asia the developing countries like india and bangladesh are afflicted by the poisonous
serpent of corruption,moreover in the dark continent of africa 85% countries
have the stains of corruption on their political and social background.As
regards to corruption in europe Poland is not only one of the most
corrupted countries in Europe, but the most corrupted one. Even the former US secretary of state Zbigniew Brzezinski, commented on the subject during his recent visit to Poland in his speech (in Polish) after the death of the Pope.On the other hand
