I have been in the music profession past thirty years. I was in research with plenty of topics one among them is self way healing with music. After finding out now I have recorded in audio format. The first music note is called sad jam in Indian music in western music it is C in Japanese Music it is do. The
shad jam has got meaning for with it. Shad
means six in the Sanskrit, Nye means sense. It is understood for the future sense. The future sense means a man Can experience the beauty of the inner body, or awareness towards next hours. The ancient Tamil poem Mooladara katrai kalr killappi karuthar eyyakki erandanethakki ondrena paguthu. It mean the music sound comes from hour stomach, and the sound form our body reflects one purpose of external (entertainment) and another one purpose (kalar kilappi). Fore fathers of the India has already identified the seven music notes vibrantly in our body. The first notes observing point is held in the head. The tunes (ragas) to sing or listen 1.shedvidha rubi 2.sathaya boshani 3. sughaswrali 4.surakalanithi 5.surasinthamani 6.surabarnam 7.shadvithamargini 8.saveri 9.saramathi 10.poornaswaravali 11.samantham 12.salagam 13.swaraposhani 14.swarvali 15.poorna shadjam 16.binna shadjam This
ragas Are all the most important one to control our nerve system. Head is the
main to control all the nerve system of our body. This is based on the
chakkara sarhara kamala om chakkara. The brain is compared with the lotus flower with one thousand branches. With this branches all the other chakkaras or controlled. Chakkara is in term cycle. If the main
cycle is clear all the other
cycles are clear. If the main cycle is in problem. There would be any of the other 6 cycles is in trouble. Any of the other six cycles if not functioning means the first cycle sarahara kamala om chakkara will not function. The ragas can be noticed starting with shad(6) for the activation of the very first cycle.
