After reading the article of
Amitabh Srivastava, I was struck with one thinking that why parents are suffering for the sins
of their
offsprings? Government has to think about them. If the government wants to get the right to punish then it has to ensure the safety and well being of the innocents. Will it help a children to become a good citizen by keeping them in jails without any crime, to serve them in the jail and to keep them in jail for six months? In Bihar, there is already 253 children of 1340 ladies inmates.
It is the order of the Supreme Court. They are children of a free country.
