Since the last few days The Times of India has been carrying
articles on Pramod Mahajan. Right from the day he was shot by
his brother Pravin to his subsequent death, rediff chronicled it all. These
articles have been heart warming to say the least. They have not only been very informative but also very touching. To be honest, I had never really given Pramod Mahajan a thought but TOI has not only made me think about him, but I have also developed a strong sense of admiration for him especially remarkable was the way they covered his illness. The only regret I felt was the newspaper did not focus more on his family life, his relations with his wife and kids. It also did not dwell on him as an individual even the views expressed by eminnent personalities of him describe are more that of a politician than as an human being, which I feel should have been dwelt with
