complexion and nose. As for his complexion, or colour if you please, it is a myth spread by the racists. Who told black is an inferior colour? The ‘white’ fanatic is unable to believe that a black complexioned man can outperform him in any field of life. There is no proof that MJ was dogged with the supposedly inferior complexion of his body. Neither could he have been suffering from any sort of inferiority complex due to his nose. A person’s
personality has nothing to do with the feautures of his/her body. It is the character and knowledge of a person that constitutes the personality.
It would have been a harrowing experience, though the child might have enjoyed it, for a six year old to spend his/her whole time in entertaining people. MJ started his pop music career when he was hardly six. My dear fans, don’t you understand that it is worse than child labour? Did Michael Jackson go to school? It would have taken enormous amount of labour simply to meet his commitments as a member, and the most celebrated member at that, of Jackson 5. If he did go to school, what a life of struggle and toil! It matches the blood and sweat shed by his people who were transported from the ‘dark continent’ to work as slaves in the backyards and farms of their white masters. And the struggle never stopped till the last breath of his life. Fame and wealth made no difference.

Struggle gives personality. A struggling people acquire character. (Lazybones become pigs literally. ) The parents and siblings of MJ definitely have their role. Hard work, concentration, love for perfection, ability to ignore the slanderous talks in the media, thirst for truth and justice and, above all, love for people are some of the factors behind MJ’s success. But if you want one secret behind Michael Jackson’s success, it was his love for people. He was a leader par excellence. Hundreds of artists got work and life from him directly and thousands indirectly. Lakhs owed and owe their livelihood to him and the entire humanity was mesmerised by his moonwalk. All the dancers in the planet earth are trying to imitate and copy MJ to no avail.

Michael Jackson became Michael Jackson because he copied nobody when he always respected talent. Michael Jackson hated oppression in all forms. He was the most political of the apparently apolitical profession of pop music. He stood by the side of the oppressed.
Was Michael Jackson extravagant?
There is nothing surprising about such campaigns. Such charges come out of jealousy. The fact that he became heavily indebted does not prove that he was extravagant. The man had terrible health problems, it seems. He could have retired with the enormous amount of wealth that came his way. But he undertook Herculean labour to keep the show going till the last breath of his life. It was, perhaps, like riding on the back of a tiger. Either you keep riding or get eaten by the tiger. It is the mechanism of the business. By the way, people also praise MJ’s business sense. But it should be understood that, in today’s scenario, business is a serious matter and there is no successful businessman with a peaceful life. Peace does not lie in wealth and fame; it lies somewhere else, though we do need money to keep life going.
The sex life of Michael Jackson
All the slanders about the sex life of MJ do not deserve any attention. Humanity itself is still groping to have a correct understanding of its sex life. Who is the judge? The first man who tried to give a scientific understanding of human beings’ sexuality was Sigmund Freud. No one has matched him afterwards. Where was the time for MJ to indulge in sexual perversions? It is the habit of a small section of people to talk ill of successful people, particularly when they are defenseless. We need not believe such stories.
Salute to the noble spirit of Michael Jackson
I never had time to ‘stand and stare’ and do not know much about the details of MJ’s life and works. It all came on my way. From what I have gathered from my scanty information, I could understand this much: Here was a noble spirit who loved his art and his people who fought till his last breath.
