Asha Deb, the Project coordinator for Voltas & the Senior Trainer in M-Power, Hr solutions tells the journalist about the brief of this project. According to her the whole project has been designed to enable the fresh or the little experience youth manpower into a skilled selling professional for Voltas
Air Conditioning Division nationwide.
She further added that the one year project not only enable the candidate to get a ground level exposure via working under Voltas branding but also enables them to get a triple benefit while doing there jobs. These benefits includes professional class room training programme including mentoring by M-Power Officials alongside a world class certification from Wigan & Leigh College. Adds to it a monthly stipend worth Rs. 6K approx paid by Voltas.
The candidate will entitle to gain a certification in sales, marketing & air-conditioning by Wigan & Leigh College (A premiere B-School) in collaboration with Voltas & M-Power after successful completion of one year, add to it they got an opportunity for being absorbed on the rolls of Voltas thereto.
Asha Deb at last added that the project will beneficiary all those youths who want to make a stable career in sales & marketing for Air-Conditioning. The CEO of M-Power Mr. Sukhdeepak Malvai who himself is a well known Corporate trainer too add his point at the end via saying that in the present arena of tough competition this kind of exposure is a chance for the fresh youths to give their extreme deliverables via learning through professionals for their better future ahead.
