AS WE BREATHE,SO SHALL WE LIVE"
We can not live without breath.Breath is a vital life force within us that makes our body-mind organisation to function and survive.We have to create a harmonious relationship
with life bydeveloping a loving,joyful and friendly relationship with breath.
Our approaches to various fragnances of life such as love and affection ,sanctity and sanity,purity and nobelityetc will tend to change the way we breathe.If we breathe slowly with smile by closing our eyes,we will experience deep feeling of joy in all organs where we perceive the smooth touch of breath.
We follow a Breathing process that transforms our relationship to life by the influece of eight factors,
i. Flow of breath we allow in our body.
ii. Pace with which we breathe.
iii. Rythim we follow.
iv. Frequency of breath.
v. Body posture while we breathe.
vi. Vibration we produce.
vii Attention and serenity with which we breathe.
viii. Sensitivity to experience the touch of breath in every organ.
If we sinchronise all these aspects into one compact process of breathing which will change our relationship with body and mind.If we breathe selectively,we feel touch of
breath into each of our organ like kidney,heart and head. We will begin to like ourselves
and experience deep sense of undisturbed peace within and beauty with which life rests within us.We will feel experience what it is to feel alive.
Life is a great struggle and world is a battle field where we have to act as a warrior and
we seek freedom and happiness in life beyond and found our life landscape-a reflection
and mirror image of how we feel within.
We should try to learn how to change our relationship with life in daily half an hour breathing season and soon we experience that as we breathe,so shall we live.
