The capital city Delhi has become a safe place for criminals as the no of crime is increasing everyday. Not a single day goes without loot,murder or rape.The situation has become worse.Only those incidents come to light which gey media attention,there must be many more which get unnoticed or which are far from the coverage point.The safety of common people lies with them only as the law machinery is just watching the situation.There is no halt to such incidents.You can't trust anyone as sometimes the criminals pose as policemen or a person from some agency.In yesterday's case criminals posing as traffic constables looted 21 lacs.How can a normal person differentiate between a policeman and a criminal now.This is not athe first such incident,previously also such things happened.
