having employment
problems - people needed employment, present situation is papers are full with luring advertisements to get people and yet are falling short on Human resources. Pay Scales- gone up the roof.Also there is so much of shifting of Jobs all around that Management levels at all levels are facing problems of keeping their employees. Work Pressures- Do you know why more people are turning towards Yoga? - More work pressures, more money problems, more of everything. Short cut to stay fit, release tension and inform one self that I am doing something- solution YOGA. I feel globalisation has its good points but presently nobody is looking at the bad points. May be realisation will come one day. The reason is Greed to earn more money,to improve on ones lifestyle and compete however we are losing the most important point for which India is recognised for its
HUMANITY and culture. Business plans are becoming ruthless to eradicate competition, in the process its not the big players that are getting injured but its passed on the smaller players. Nothing is safe today. Small players are unable to keep up with the financial aspects, risks factors etc. They are still stuck on to the humanity factor. Now if you wanna survive be ruthless, think money, betray all your feelings and get Big. Those who do not compete will not only get poor, will be left to suffer to catch up which will be difficult later. The total aspect of this write up is India should look all around search for its capabilities and capacities, plan and make strategies and then move ahead together or else it will be too late later. The rich will become richer the poor poorer. The SSI units, small Hotels, Retailers, Dealers will all vanish in short time. Even the Government will be privatised as presently they will not keep up with the Payscales of MNCs. We are doing good "Shabash India". We need to be careful "Soch ke India" or else we are in a great self destructive path. Presently its Very Good. We need to keep it Very Very Good. I wish the best for my INDIA. Hope it keeps it Humanity, Well being and Nature at the end of this Rat race for Globalisation
