Recent story that Top brand new CEO's in india are more confident then their counterparts twenty year back. Last few years
we have seen
increase in the number of Indian heading top MNC's. Some ventures are highly successful and some are failures. Some joined new big companies and some are left with no jobs. However unlike the previous counterparts , this CEO's are more confident and choosy . The real factor is hat their savings are huge , so that can comfortably look for good jobs. In their short carrier they have huge saving to go freely for some year. In past few years we have seen huge increase CTC for these CEO's. This is due to the success of Indians in these jobs and increase in the job market competition. In India now average retire age is decreasing rapidly.
Earlier people used to retire at 60. But now we see people retiring at 45. Buying a house and enjoying job , those the are not able to do earlier. They join some NGO's or do involve in some social work. Thus we are going to see totally new age of CEO's in india.
