retraining of workforce in every establishments; a function of maintainance culture and attitude. Therefore there is urgent call to both
government and corporate bodies to make budgetary allocation for training and retraining of human capital towards high productivity and better performance.
Apart from this, human capital development should also be at the heart of strategic planning of government and private sector at the beginnig of every year. this should also be a matter of serious human resource policy in private sector and the thrust of government public policy
