Governorship candidate of the All Nigeria People''''s Party,ANPP in Kogi state Abubakar Audu has secured leave to serve
COURT summons on Former Governor Ibrahim Idris.
Presiding Judge of an Abuja Federal High Court Justice Bab Kuewumi ordered that Idris be served through an advertorial in two National dailies.
Justice Kuewumi granted the leave in a suit filed by Audu seeking to stop Idris from contesting in the fresh Governorship
election scheduled to hold in the state on the 29th of March 2008.
Audu is insisting that Idris be barred from the election on the grounds that he
FORGED some
DOCUMENTS which he submitted to the Independent Electoral Commission,INEC.
The case has been adjourned to the 3rd of March ,when the former Governor is expected to enter appearance.
