THREE
FAMILY MEMBERS LOSE LIFE.
Tragedy struck in
udu area of Warri in Delta State when three members of the same family lost their lives after the
vehicle they are travelling with skidded off a bridge and
plunged into Udu river.
They were said to be going for a social function when one of the vehicle tyre got busted on top of the bridge,plunged into the
river and killed three out of the four occupants.
Security sources told sunday
tribune that the incident occurred at about 11:45am on saturday and caused serious hold up along the road as sympathizers thronged the scene to rescue the victims.
It was learnt that a man,his wife and one of their two children were brought out dead while the other child who survived the accident was rushed to Central Hospital,Warri.
