Sleepless Nights? -why?

Sleep problem is a natural physiological make up but it's also an acquired habit. Lifestyle-
is a common factor specially with a kind of job that has nightships while the others would just stay late at night because they find it comfortable staying
awake all nights then in the morning they are asleep.other factors are
stress from work,family problems,deppression,anxiety,mental disorder and others are in physical pain...but the common denaminator here is mindsetting.Be then as it may,one could get away from sleeping trouble by choosing to just sleep...yes just sleep when it comes and if it's not then do not frawn...suit your
self by saying..."so what,i am not alone-there are people out there that are awake too! so..i am not alone" See?that's mind setting...
We can also
try to eat more vegies and plenty of liquids,particularly water...avoid the intake of too much protein because it helps in building more muscles and produces too much heat in the body.Take supplements like Vitamin B it induces sleep and it's an anti stress and it also strengten immune system in the body.Tryphtophan;found in bananas can induce sleep too.Grapes are one of the most
effective source of anti oxidant that kills toxins from some foods and pollutants...Grapes were also greatly considered as important suplements taken by the sturdy and very strong men in the Holy Bible. Sleeping pills can also be taken before bed time.Chamomile tea induces sleep while it also calms the bowels and inhibits bad smell too.
Let me share some techniques:while laying on bed,try to lace one's thoughts with funny incidents,could be trivial...recent happenings...think of the flowers in your garden and the best shot that your favorite player was able to do...refrain your mind from your thoughts about the politicians;this might developed more stress and might find your self in the morning;awake,mad and perspiring....joke! Remember;your 'mind setting' is working now..Try this one too if it suits you..My Personal Prayer "I Thank and Praise you O God for all the Blessings and i invoke your mantle of
Protection to shield my love ones and all the people that i can remember (i imagine God granting His grace and protection to each one that i was mentioning) then i invoke His Mercy to provide strenght and protection and peace to the rests of the people that i never knew but He knows specially those people who needs most of His mercy.
It's effective and before i could open my eyes,i was already half asleep...then i would say...sweetdreams to my self! haha...are you sleepy now? you are and be sweet in your dreams! Goodnight...
