The Black Book of Hollywood Diet Secrets by fashion and beauty correspondent, Kym Douglas and newspaper and magazine columnist, Cindy Pearlman, is a sought-after book in the market as of the present.            
     This consists of different diets of Hollywood celebrities and revelations of their fitness regimens on how to break excess weights. Since celebrities are commonly fashionable and have physically fit bodies, this may also serve as an inspiration to people particularly to those who would want to be fit and look gorgeous like their celebrity idols. Sexy and healthy bodies are in and overweight ones are out.            
     The book includes the routine of hottest desperate housewife, Eva Longoria and the stunning Mrs. Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones. Both are work out crazy and have the indulgence on their craved food right after working out. Eva’s routine of work out is running uphill, walking lunges and squats. She does these almost four times a week. After working out, she digs in to her own-baked brownies. Catherine Zeta-Jones keeps her brain sane and being energetic by working out. Dragging herself to the gym sometimes makes her more excited to eat her favorite comfort food, smoked salmon with lemon and pepper on brown bread not to mention the additional handfuls of crushed potato chips. Her practice includes walking, gym work out and swimming. She does this to keep herself active for five times weekly.            
     The perception of working out is different for Fantastic Four Honey, Jessica Alba. She does not diet and even confessed that she hates working out. In spite of this, she consistently goes to the gym and does a variation of her own work out. Some 10-minute cardio, some weights, back to 10-minute cardio and does the weights again. Sometimes, she also goes hiking outdoors. When it comes to her diet, there is no restrictions as long as the food she takes is fresh, no preservatives and not genetically engineered. She also made some statements against diet soda that for every can gulped everyday merely doubles an individual’s risk of getting overweight.            
     There are more Hollywood celebrities diets shared in the Black Book. Jennifer Garner did not rush herself to lose weight after giving birth to her daughter Violet. She used to trick herself mentally as for the lengths of her work out. Another trick was used by Matthew McConaughey; he always keeps his toothbrush and toothpaste handy with him. According to one Hollywood Nutritionist, this is a trick to a brain that gives the impression of one is finished eating whenever he has fresh breath so he does not have to eat again or some more. On the other hand, Alicia Silverstone does her diet in the most popular and natural way of eating just vegetables. She said that her skin, hair and whole being looked good as ever when she became a vegetarian.            
     Other celebrities featured in the book were Julia Roberts, Uma Thurman, Rihanna, Sheri Sheperd, Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, Oprah Winfrey, Rachael Ray, Heather Locklear, Cameron Diaz, Heidi Klum, Cindy Crawford and a lot more.
