young graduate without explication,but before to be dismissed you should being recruit and on this plan the french students would feel less wronged if they knew the russian students position.In Russia the young graduate one more unfortunate than it .If you look for an employmentyou will always listen that:" Have you a work
experience has this post?" and if you have the misfortune to reply no will hear you has blow on "Thank-you that you come but we cannot take you". The infernal circle does than you cannot find work because you have not any experience and the experience ,you will never have it because you have no job.Often after end of an is two years old of this hell the young Russian is ready to accept any work even the salary is not
anymore really important; 80% Russians don't work in their specialization. The minister of the education has nevertheless proposes a solution to the problem.That the majority of the students don't pay any fees that' why he propose at the end of the studies the govermentmust obliould the young to work during a
certain one for the state, those that would oppose should reimburse the expenditures engaged by the state for their formation.The good side of the proposition and the french law to is that the young will have at last an experience and with a diploma and a certain experience of the job it's would'nt anymore so painful to find a job.Unfortunatly just as in France this suggestion has not finds support. In a lot of cities now creates many organizations that help the young to find a job.but we have be realistic when this your first employment, and you have not absolutely no professional experience your boss despite all the laws will always find a motive if it wants it to screw you out. Instead of complaint ,it's will be better to find a new job.
